I help design teams
partner with AI.
Eleven years leading design for enterprise platforms and design systems, and now building software hands-on with AI agents. I write about what AI speeds up, what it can't replace, and how leaders make the shift work.

About
I'm a UX design manager who leads a team of designers and researchers.
Before that I designed training for T-Mobile's field technicians, from VR disaster scenarios to an AR prototype, led visual design at iSpot.tv, and created production art for the Magic: The Gathering website at Wizards of the Coast. I hold a BFA in graphic design and five ADDY awards from the American Advertising Federation.
Outside work I build my own products with AI agents doing the implementation, including ROAM, a walking game on the App Store. It's the most useful design education I've had in years.
